Bright Space attend Arts Council England's Consultation - 'Achieving Great Art for Everyone'

Bright Space recently attended Arts Council England’s (ACE) ‘Achieving Great Art for Everyone’ consultation event in Birmingham.
The main aim of this event was to consult with Regularly Funded Organisations (RFO’s) on their views regarding the future long term strategic framework and investment decisions for ACE . This information will feed into their 10 year plan.
Attendees were given the opportunity to discuss ACE’s proposed goals which include:

Talent and artistic excellence are thriving and celebrated.

The arts leadership and workforce are diverse and highly skilled.

More people value and enjoy the arts.

Every child and young person has the opportunity to experience the richness of the arts.

The arts sector is sustainable, resilient and innovative.
The public consultation is open now until 14 April 2010.
Arts Council England would like to hear views from everyone, including individuals and organisations, working in or interested in the arts.
