Bright Space’s Youth Panel is set to expand its membership with an exciting recruitment drive in Birmingham. Led by existing members from Handsworth Grammar School, the Youth Panel is seeking up to 20 new members from Years 7-9.

New Change Schools Toolkit Published

Schools in Birmingham with Change School status, have received their very first toolkit to guide them through the process. The ‘Change Schools Toolkit’ is produced by Bright Space in direct response to their creative agents, who recognised there was a real need, following their involvement with schools.

Centenary Square to be set alight with dance!

Young people from across the region will descend on Thinktank on Friday 27 June for Birmingham’s first Youth Panel Conference, a day of workshops and discussion aimed at finding delegates’ hopes for education in 2020. Unusually, the Conference has been entirely curated and organised by a group of 12 young people drawn from two Birmingham schools, who together make up the Fierce! Youth Panel.
